How Do We Proceed The Orders ?

All of our orders are handmade and are expected to take 15-25 business days. Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship

Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year! 

♦ Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Time

Delivery to the USA:
-Standard Shipping：8-15 business days
-Expedited Shipping:  5-8 business days 

Delivery to the Canada, Mexico, UK, FR, IT, DE:
-Shipping Time：8-15 business days

Shipping fees and delivery times vary for other countries.

Due to the current adjustment of trade customs tariff policies, the arrival time of all express deliveries will be affected by the local customs clearance time. Please understand.

Remote areas may experience a delay of several days.

If there are major holidays, the delivery time of all orders may be delayed. If time is urgent, you can contact us.

Delivery Guide
To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.

Packing
In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Note: For some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, We usually declare a lower price
